Guest Passes
Members are welcome to bring guests to experience the YMCA.
Guest Pass Rates:
- Family/Couple: $20
- Single Adult: $10
- Student: $5
Please note:
- Guests are limited to three paid visits per calendar year.
- No guest passes are sold on Sundays.
- All adult guests must present a valid photo ID.
- Guest access may be limited during peak times and seasons.
Membership Holds & Cancellations
Memberships are based on a one-year agreement. Members paying by monthly bank draft may place their membership on hold for up to 3 months once per year.
Monthly Hold Fees:
- Family: $15
- Couple: $12
- Single: $10
- Student: $5
Snowbird members who reside outside the area for more than three months may qualify for an extended hold period with proof of residency.

Nationwide Reciprocity
Take your YMCA membership with you wherever you go. Through Nationwide Reciprocity, active full-facility members can access participating YMCA locations nationwide.
Before visiting another YMCA:
- Bring your photo ID
- Verify the location participates in Nationwide Reciprocity
- Be prepared to sign a visitor waiver
More than 2,600 YMCA locations participate nationwide.
Insurance-Based Membership Programs
The Wapakoneta Family YMCA proudly participates in several insurance-based wellness programs, including:

- Silver&Fit®

Financial Assistance
The YMCA believes everyone should have access to programs and services regardless of financial circumstances. Financial assistance is available for qualifying individuals and families.

Access Membership
Not ready for a full membership? Our Access Membership provides a flexible way to participate in YMCA programs.
Annual Access Membership:
- Single: $25
- Family: $50
Access Members may:
- Register and pay for programs individually
- Walk the track for $2 per visit
- Swim laps for $5 per visit
- Attend fitness classes for $5 per class
